20 Minute Cancellation Policy — Strictly Enforced
48 hours notice is required or a charge will apply.
At Gold Studios, accountability is part of how we care for one another. We’ve intentionally curated an inclusive, elevated space that is always evolving to better serve you. Mutual respect is an essential part of that experience.I believe that respect begins with clarity. While our cancellation policy is shared across all of our platforms, I wanted to make it more accessible and easy to reference here. Thank you so much for taking the time to read along and for being a valued part of this space.
While unforeseen circumstances can happen, Gold Studios (Presley Poe) is unable to absorb the impact of late arrivals or no-shows that are outside of our control. Thank you for understanding and honoring the time reserved for you. This is co-creation and takes both people — you and me — to show up on time and fully prepared.
